GLP-1 Injections
as low as $319/month
Medically supervised weight loss with lab-personalized dosing. Three phases. One proven pathway. Real, lasting results.
Weight loss that works — backed by science, guided by your labs
At Spa 35, we've been helping Boise feel confident since 2006. Our GLP-1 weight loss program is built on individualized care — not a one-size-fits-all approach. Every patient begins with blood work and laboratory analysis so your Nurse Practitioner can calibrate your treatment plan precisely to your body's needs. As you progress through our three-phase program, dosing is adjusted to optimize results while minimizing side effects.
GLP-1 peptides (including compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide) work by mimicking a natural gut hormone that slows digestion, reduces appetite, and supports insulin regulation — helping you eat less, feel fuller longer, and lose weight sustainably.

Your questions, answered
All patients begin with Phase 1 (Foundation), which introduces your body to GLP-1 therapy at a lower dose. Your Nurse Practitioner will review your blood work and health history before your first injection to ensure the starting protocol is appropriate for you. Dosing progresses based on your response, tolerance, and weight loss goals.
The $49 initiation fee applies to six-month membership patients and covers your initial blood work and laboratory analysis. This data is essential — it allows your provider to personalize your treatment rather than applying a generic protocol. Without individualized lab results, we can't safely optimize your dosing.
Yes. Phase transitions are expected and planned for. As your treatment progresses, your provider will move you through the phases based on your clinical response. Your membership discount of 20% continues regardless of which phase you are in.
If you choose to end your six-month membership agreement before completion, an early termination fee of $500 applies. We encourage you to discuss any concerns with your provider — adjusting your dose or schedule is often a better solution than stopping treatment entirely.
No. Spa 35 offers a compounded version of Semaglutide, which is not Ozempic® or Wegovy®. Those are proprietary formulations by Novo Nordisk A/S. The compounded version used at Spa 35 is considered off-label, as it has not been reviewed by the FDA specifically for weight loss. If you have a BMI over 27 with weight-related conditions, you may be eligible for Wegovy — ask your provider.
Clinical studies have shown up to 10% body weight loss over 12 months. Your results depend on your starting point, consistency, diet, and exercise habits. GLP-1 therapy reduces appetite — it does not speed up your metabolism. Pairing injections with a high-protein diet and regular physical activity maximizes your outcome.
Common side effects include nausea, constipation, fatigue, and diarrhea. Rare but serious risks include thyroid C-cell tumors and pancreatitis. GLP-1 injections are not appropriate for individuals with a personal or family history of these conditions. A full list of risks is included in your Informed Consent form, which you'll review before beginning treatment.

Weight loss secret of the stars - lose up to 10% of body weight in 12 months*
Since 2006 Spa 35 has been helping people look and feel their best!
GLP-1 Peptides are an injectable medication of a glucagon-like peptide (GLP-1) antagonist that slows gastric emptying and reduces glucose absorption. This increases your insulin production and triggers a hormone that keeps food in your stomach longer. This decreases your appetite makes you feel fuller quicker and longer. So, you eat fewer calories, resulting in weight loss.
What is the process?
GLP-1s are delivered in weekly injections at Spa 35. You’ll start by completing a comprehensive questionnaire about your medical history. At your first appointment you’ll meet with a Nurse Practitioner who will review your current condition of health to ensure you’re a good candidate for GLP-1 injections. If you are healthy and have an appropriate body mass index you’ll get your first injection with the Nurse Practitioner. Then each week you’ll come in for a very quick injection from a registered nurse. It is important to stay on a very repetitive weekly schedule. If you miss a weekly appointment your dosage may be decreased to minimize side effects. Your experience with side effects will be monitored and dosage will be increased based upon your response to Semaglutide weight loss injections.
How much weight will I lose?
Your weight loss depends upon a variety of factors. Some studies have shown up to ten percent of weight loss in twelve months. You can maximize your weight loss by adopting a robust diet and exercise program. GLP-1 injections decrease your appetite, but it does not speed up your metabolism. Your body fat percentage may be a better measure of GLP-1 effectiveness than your total weight.
Some potential side effects include
Constipation
Diarrhea
Fatigue
Loss of facial fullness (a.k.a. Ozempic face)
The most common side effects are nausea and constipation. Eating smaller meals, avoiding high fat foods, and remaining upright after eating can decrease these side effects. Over the counter medications can be used for these side effects. Some people report not feeling as thirsty as before starting treatment, which may contribute to constipation. Increasing water intake may decrease your risks of constipation. See the Informed Consent form for a complete list of risks and potential complications.
GLP-1 Peptide injections for weight loss at Spa 35 are intended for healthy individuals. If you suffer from chronic disease or any contraindications, you should not start injections before consulting your primary care provider. Come to Spa 35 ready to have your weight measured and clothing that allows your provider to access your abdominal area.
GLP-1 injections are performed with a very small needle, and you should experience mild or no discomfort. You may experience small pinpoint bleeding and/or minor bruising.
We recommend that you eat before your treatment because you may feel uncomfortable during meals after your injection.
GLP-1 peptide injections my cause serious side effects including thyroid C-cell tumors and pancreatitis. You shouldn’t get injections if you have a personal or family history of thyroid tumors or pancreatitis.
Spa 35 is offering a compounded version of Semaglutide that is not Ozempic® or Wegovy®. Ozempic® and Wegovy® are registered trademarks of Novo Nordisk A/S. If you have a BMI of greater than 27 and other weight related medical conditions you may be eligible for Wegovy.
Check with your medical provider for additional information. Spa 35 GLP-1 Peptide injections are considered “Off-label” because the compounded version of Semaglutide has not been reviewed by the FDA for weight loss.
