Please Follow These Guidelines for Your Next Appointment;


Appointment No Show and Late Cancellations

Please contact Spa 35 via phone or email AT LEAST 24 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee.

Failure to cancel within the required time-frame will result in a fee of $50 the first time and $100 the second time during a twelve month period. After a third incident you will not be scheduled for future services at Spa 35.


  • If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment it will be cancelled and you will be charged a late cancellation fee ($50 the first time, $100 the second).

  • Please log into Rewards programs, such as Brilliant Distinctions and Aspire, and have your coupons redeemed before you arrive for your appointment!

  • Postpone your appointment if you have any symptoms of illness, e.g. high temperature, runny nose, cough

  • No children are allowed in Spa 35

  • Avoid tanning before and after light based treatments, such as laser hair removal and IPL. If you skin is actively producing melanin in response to sun exposure your appointment will be rescheduled.

  • You cannot drive home under the influence of medications. If your procedure includes prescriptions for anxiety or pain please have transportation arrangements completed before your procedure.

Refunds and Exchanges

Spa 35 promotional packages can provide significant discounts to our clients and vary based upon our current schedule and availability of staff, equipment and vendor support. Therefore no refunds are given for package purchases unless the treatment cannot be completed because of medical contraindications. We are happy to exchange services within the same category of treatment (e.g., if you purchase an IPL Laser treatment package and want to exchange some of the treatments for another type of laser treatment, we will accommodate you).

Package discounts are based upon their total volume. If you decide to exchange a package purchase for other treatments, the discount will not apply and you will be charged full retail pricing for any services not completed as part of the original package.
